Existing Lease on Best House & Gardens

The Sisters of the Holy Family are currently leasing the Best House and Gardens to a company that conducts weddings and receptions. The lease runs until September 1, 2011. The income generated by this lease is $11,500 a month or $138,000 a year. On September 1, 2010 the rent will increase to $12,000 per month. The lessee holds an option to lease the property for an additional 5 years (from 2011 to 2016) at a market rate to be negotiated. A full copy of the lease is available.
